About Innovia Life
Learn who we are and what makes us different
We are a subscription-based support platform for population health management. We work with individuals, businesses and other organizations to provide connection and subclinical support for people's changing needs in life.
No. We do not treat, diagnose or prescribe for any medical or mental condition. Instead, we work with many different types of providers around the country and around the world for people who are needing treatment or therapy.
We help to fill the gaps left by traditional options and help to reduce barriers through affordability and accessibility.

We offer unlimited access to our growing number of educational, experiential, and therapeutic facilitated sessions that are applicable to your changing needs over time. Our live sessions are hosted by our team of facilitators around the world and generally fall into three main categories:

- Mental Health & Recovery
- Work & Personal Relationships
We also have a digital resource library with content that can be accessed anytime.
We address substance use to anxiety, depressive mood, chronic conditions, and other difficulties. This also includes marriage, divorce, parenting, goal setting and achievement, stress management, grief/loss, and so much more.
We also offer sessions covering personal growth and development, wellness, life improvement, and even spirituality – to help you navigate the everyday challenges people face so that you can lead a happier, healthier life.
Our sessions are available virtually through our membership portal so that people can access from any web-enabled device around the world.
Membership & Pricing
How to join and what it costs
Membership to Innovia Life is only $79 per month, which includes unlimited access to any of the sessions that are applicable to your life.
No, we do not accept insurance, which is intentional. We're much more affordable and accessible and people can use their insurance for treatment or therapy elsewhere as much as they want.
However, our services are eligible for reimbursement if you have an HSA or FSA account. We also partner with employers who offer our services as a supplemental benefit at no net cost to you.
Our Team
The people behind our support
Practitioners range from those with Doctoral degrees to Masters-level licensed therapists, and from certified counselors and coaches to peer support specialists. All of our facilitators are experts in their fields and topics they cover and/or have lived experience.
