Information about Innovia Life's optional SMS reminder service

SMS Reminders Are Completely Optional

Consent to receive SMS messages is NOT a condition of purchase, registration, or use of any Innovia Life service. You can fully access all features of our platform, attend all sessions, and use all resources without opting into SMS reminders. SMS is offered solely as a convenience for members who prefer text message reminders.

Program Information

  • Program Name: Innovia Life Session Reminders
  • Program Sponsor: Innovia GA, LLC
  • Message Purpose: Appointment and session reminders only (no marketing)
  • Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on your scheduled sessions (typically 1-3 messages per week if you have sessions scheduled)

How to Opt-In

Members can opt-in to SMS reminders through their account settings in the member dashboard. The opt-in process includes:

  1. Providing your mobile phone number (optional field)
  2. Checking the SMS opt-in checkbox (unchecked by default)
  3. Clicking "Save" to confirm your preferences

Simply checking the box does not complete opt-in; you must save your settings to confirm.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Depending on your mobile carrier and plan, you may be charged for receiving SMS messages. Please consult your wireless plan or contact your carrier for details about your messaging rates.

How to Opt-Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

  • Reply STOP: Text "STOP" to any message from us to immediately unsubscribe
  • Account Settings: Uncheck the SMS opt-in checkbox in your member dashboard and save
  • Contact Us: Email support@innoviabh.com to request removal

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive any additional messages unless you opt back in.

Important Information About Your Wireless Carrier

Your wireless carrier may collect data about your wireless usage, and their practices are governed by their own privacy policies. By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS reminders, you acknowledge that your carrier may share certain information with us or our service providers as necessary to deliver SMS messages.

We use Twilio as our SMS service provider. Your phone number may be shared with Twilio solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages to you. We do not sell your phone number or share it for marketing purposes.

Supported Carriers

SMS reminders are available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and many others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Here are examples of the types of messages you may receive:

  • "Hi [Name]! Reminder: Your Innovia session 'Building Emotional Resilience' starts in 15 min. Join here: [link]. Reply STOP to cancel."
  • "Innovia reminder: Your session 'Mindfulness & Meditation' begins in 1 hour. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will never:

  • Share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes
  • Send you promotional or marketing messages via SMS
  • Require SMS consent to use our services
